Terms and Conditions of the Service:

This service provides a one-time, final review of a visa application prepared by the client prior to submission through ImmiAccount.

Scope of Service:

• A one-time review of the ImmiAccount application draft as prepared by the client

• A one-time review of supporting documents, which must be uploaded and accessible via a shared cloud drive at the time of review

• Assessment conducted by a Registered Migration Consultant focusing on:

  • Identification of inconsistencies or discrepancies

  • Risk assessment based on provided information

  • General compliance checks against visa criteria

  • Provision of written feedback and recommendations via email

Client Consent:

• By proceeding with this service, you consent to ImmiCo Consultancy importing or accessing your draft application for the purpose of conducting the review

• You acknowledge that access may be required via ImmiAccount sharing or other secure methods necessary to complete the assessment

Important Notes:

• This service is separate from any paid consultation and does not include ongoing advice or follow-up reviews

• This is a final checkpoint review only, intended prior to the applicant clicking “Submit” in ImmiAccount

• The review is limited strictly to the information and documents provided at the time of assessment

 

Limitations:

• This service does not include document drafting, re-writing, or preparation of new submissions

• No guarantee is provided regarding visa outcomes, as decisions are at the discretion of the Department of Home Affairs

• The Consultant will not make changes directly to the application or upload documents on behalf of the client

 

No Representation:

• Engagement in this service does not establish ongoing migration representation

• ImmiCo Consultancy Pty Ltd is not appointed as the authorised recipient or migration agent on record for the application unless a separate engagement agreement is executed
